Use a Gurney - not the crown on top!

The FACT controller: I'm a generalist, in all things food science and food technology. Too often, food science and technology, and nutrition and microbiology stories are distorted by errors in reportage. Sometimes it is the original release, prepared by an educational institution or a company. Often a graduate of the University of search engines decides to find material that supports their ill-informed views. Whatever it is, I need to support consumers in their search for reasoned, intelligent and valid information about our food supply. Too much public information quotes non-New Zealand data which doesn't apply here. I know when to ask the experts and will do so but, too many people with loud voices don't even know what they don't know, so won't refer.
